Terms and Conditions

International Holidays, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "IH" Terms and Conditions

By booking a reservation you the "Agent" represent unto International Holidays, and are accepting the terms and conditions, as hereinafter set forth.

International Holidays "Package" includes: room, free parking (one car per room) and transfers (first come, first serve) to and from the airport or cruise port. The duration of free parking and transfer times vary by hotel. All rooms are "run of the house" (meaning room types are not guaranteed). Select Hotels offer transfers to and from the airport/cruise port. International Holidays can only guarantee two one-way transfers per guest, hereinafter referred to as "Client", regardless of destination (i.e. airport or cruise port), unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. All incidentals must be paid directly by the Client, at no cost to International Holidays, to the hotel including, but not limited to, other transfers destinations, meals, in-room entertainment, etc. are approximate and are quoted as such. International Holidays is not liable for any charges for incidentals incurred during the Client's stay, nor is International Holidays responsible for any terms and conditions of third party shuttle companies contracted by the Client or the Hotel. Clients' specific requests will be submitted but not guaranteed.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted by International Holidays for reservations made through us and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

The following terms and conditions apply:

Credit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover will be charged immediately for payment, regardless of arrival date. Payments will constitute a deposit to be held by International Holidays and will be used in part to satisfy the Package costs incurred by the cardholder and/or Client at the time of travel. Deposits are fully refundable to the cardholder/Client prior to travel, subject to the cancellation policy set forth. After expiration of the time for cancellation set forth, International Holidays shall be entitled to retain the full amount of the deposit. International Holidays does not earn the deposit until the time the cancellation period has expired. Prior to accepting the cardholder/Client's payment information, you shall provide the cardholder/Client with a copy of the attached cardholder/Client agreement and have the cardholder acknowledge it. By providing International Holidays with the cardholder/Client's address and credit card information, you are stipulating and verifying 1. That your agency informed the cardholder/Client of all terms and conditions, as provided herein, 2. The cardholder/Client has authorized International Holidays to charge their credit card, and 3. The cardholder/Client authorizes International Holidays to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate as quoted, including tax recovery charges and service fee and does not include any fees that may be charged by the cardholder/Client's bank for foreign transactions. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Credit cards that are issued by non United States banks are subject to the currency exchange rate. This rate can fluctuate from the time the transaction was submitted and processed.

Documents: Your Client's documents will be sent to your office by email upon receipt of full payment. Please have your Clients identify themselves as International Holidays' guest at check in.

Cancellation: Your Client may cancel according to the cancellation policy stated under "*Cancellation Policy" of the hotel for a full refund of the deposit. I.H. will hold the deposit in a segregated account in part to satisfy the package costs incurred by Client/cardholder at the time of travel. Client/cardholder acknowledges that upon expiration of the time for cancellation of the reservation, the deposit becomes the sole and exclusive property of I.H. and no longer refundable. Call International Holidays or the hotel to cancel. No refund will be issued if the car has been parked prior to or on the arrival date, regardless of what the hotel may advise the client. Reservations made for same day arrival are non-refundable. Clients booking a night on their departure and a night on their return in order to extend parking must be advised that both reservations become non-refundable once the vehicle is parked. No refund or adjustment will be made for services not used. Your agency will be held liable for any reservation not properly cancelled.

Commission: Agent's Commission is 15% of the room rate, not including tax or service charge. Credit card commission checks will be issued approximately 45 days after the Client's arrival.

Rates and inclusions are subject to change without notice. Neither International Holidays nor the hotel assume any liability for personal injury sustained or loss of or damage to vehicles or other personal property. International Holidays has contracted to provide the services listed. International Holidays has taken reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made. International Holidays accepts no liability for actions or omissions of participating hotels or parking facilities or their operations over which we have no direct control. International Holidays shall not be held liable for delays in transfer service or hotel departure. In the unusual event that after confirming a reservation, International Holidays cannot supply a room at the hotel confirmed, we will try to offer comparable services. If the Client finds the revised arrangements unacceptable, International Holidays' only liability will be to promptly issue a refund of any deposit paid. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.
